
Aysha Alhashmi
Aysha Alhashmi joined our Abu Dhabi office as a Director on May 5, 2025.
Aysha brings over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Defense & Aerospace, Strategic Consultancy as well as Tourism & Culture.
Most recently, Aysha held a critical position at an oil company in Abu Dhabi, led the business support function within a leading clean energy company, and played a pivotal role in its business development activities and market entry in Southeast Asia. She has also gained M&A experience in defense and aerospace, as well as government structuring and restructuring projects.
Aysha believes in the importance of mentorship in shaping her own career and professional growth and has been one herself.
As Director at Roland Berger, Aysha will build on her expertise in both public and private sectors and will leverage her network to help build up capacity across several industries. She will play a role in supporting other senior leaders in their work in the Emirates and the region.
Aysha holds a Bachelor in Business Information Technology and an Executive Masters in Business Administration. She did specialized training at London Business School, Harvard, and Ashridge, the later as part of an Elite UAE Government Program that selected distinguished Emirati Women in Leadership positions.
Aysha is an accomplished spokesperson and was professionally trained for media in both English and Arabic, in local and international media outlets.
She is a proud Emirati who strongly believes in giving back in the growth of her country and she both appreciates Roland Berger’s presence in the UAE and hopes to bring the company closer to Emirati Culture. She is keen on exploring the world with 37 countries to her humble and growing list so far, the highlight of which was reaching Machu Pichu and the “Lost City of the Incas” in Peru and being mesmerized with Bolivia’s Salt Desert “Salar de Uyuni”.
Aysha is a believer of the quote "What is worth doing at all is worth doing well" and she carries that as her work ethos while working at Roland Berger.
